Sometimes, the stupid… it burns us. Not only does this particular individual believe that the idea of mens rea in the law is an implicit acceptance by the government of telepathy (and thus some kind of religion) but also that all Latin legal terms in use should be repealed, because they are the “foreign language of a religion,” and hence get into trouble with the Establishment Clause.
Seriously. I could not make this up if I tried.
